About the Founder

Stephanie has more than a decade of experience placing leaders and team members in Technology and Software as a Service (SAAS) companies. Her drive for connection has led her to specialize in rapidly growing teams.

She is passionate about helping people and taking a relational approach to recruiting. Knowing from her own experience of building and managing teams, Stephanie understands that people are your most important asset. She is committed to service both the candidates she places and the clients she supports in a strategic and caring way. 

Stephanie’s approach to recruiting starts with the company’s mission, vision and values.  Having a clear understanding of the company’s culture allows her to place candidates that not only have the right skill sets, but also the right personalities and values to add to the culture.
